Policies
Reservations recommended; reservations and walk-in usage based on availability only.
Must cancel reservations within 24 hours or the booked hours will be treated as used. We also reserve the right to charge the applicable hourly fees in the event of a late cancellation.
A member must be using the Bay at all times and under the membership you can only reserve one Bay per hour (although you can always purchase additional time if you would like to use more than one Bay).
Membership automatically renews for one year on each annual anniversary of the membership date unless canceled at least 7 days before the annual renewal date.
Ability to pause once for up to 3 months every 12 months, with the term of the membership being extended the length of the pause (so there will still be 12 total payments).
No cancellation during the term of a membership.
